How we work
We're a small, tight-knit crew, which means fewer layers of approval and faster fixes. If a bug shows up or a game needs a refresh, one of us is usually on it the same day.
Lachlan Gidley — Lead Developer
Lachlan owns the site architecture end to end — everything from how fast a page loads to how smoothly a slot reel animates. He's the one who obsesses over shaving milliseconds off load times so the games feel instant, even on a patchy connection.
Jedda Thurgood — UX/UI Designer
Jedda shapes how the whole platform looks and feels, from the colour palette to the exact spacing between buttons. Her focus is making sure nothing on the site is confusing or fiddly — if something's easy to use, there's a good chance Jedda designed it that way on purpose.
Bindi Clendinnen — Systems Architect
Bindi keeps the servers running behind the scenes, making sure the platform stays fast and stable even when a lot of people are playing at once. She also leads on security, so player sessions stay safe and private.
How we work together
Because the team is small, decisions move quickly. There's no lengthy approval chain between "someone noticed a bug" and "the bug is fixed" — usually it's the same person doing both. That keeps the platform feeling current and well maintained.
